When people ask me what is the most memorable wedding I attended, I would always answer, “Seth’s wedding at Pinto Art Museum.” Ironically, it was the simplest wedding I’ve been to. But the intimacy and the beauty of the place blended perfectly to create one of my favorite weddings ever.
Seth contacted me and asked me if I could do her and her family’s makeup for a simple civil wedding at Pinto Art Museum. She said she wanted a 50s vibe to her wedding and she specifically requested for vintage red lips. When I asked her what hairstyle she wanted, she said, “I’m going to cut my hair short… like pixie-cut short. So, we don’t have to focus too much on my hair.” Right then, I was impressed with her. Most of the brides I meet grow out their hair and here is Seth, cutting her hair short. She definitely was a rad bride!
It was a wedding in the morning so all of us had to get up very early. Like the usual in morning weddings, everyone was in a hurry. But everything went well. Here was Seth’s look for her wedding.
When the photos from Rio Jones Photography came out, I was in loooooove!!! Here are their snaps:

I also did the makeup of Seth’s sisters and mom. Here are the looks I created for them.
